Impact of Crop-specific Technologies and Organic Growth Stimulants on Mustard, Black Gram and Green Gram in Sundarban area of West Bengal

The gap between actual and potential crop production can be minimized by maintaining plant health, which needs crop-specific technology interventions. On-farm trials were conducted during 2017-18 2018-19 in the farmers’ fields Sundarbans to study impact of technologies on yields. yield mustard increased about 47% with installation A. mellifera bee hives @ 3 ha-1 while it was 40% case cerena type 5 ha-1. Application beejamrit for seed bio-priming 5% 45 spray also showed results 30% over existing practices. integrated approach consisting T. viride enriched cow dung 750 kg ha-1, carboxin 17.5% + thiram mL kg-1 seed, pheromone trap need-based spot neemastra 3% resulted green (0.94 ha-1) B:C ratio (3.38) followed chemical management (0.93 3.23).
